Official guidelines for VibeXHost service usage.
Agreement Overview
This Agreement is between VibeXHost and You. By purchasing any service, you agree to comply with all terms listed here, including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Service KYC Verification
All users must complete KYC verification via WhatsApp OTP and Email OTP. Failure to complete KYC may lead to account suspension. We prioritize data security; your info is used strictly for verification as per our privacy policy.
Billing, Payments & Credits
Services are paid in advance. Invoices are issued 7 days before the due date. Failure to pay within 7 days post-due date will result in automatic Data Deletion.
Prohibited Content & Materials
The following are strictly prohibited on our network:
- Phishing / Fraudulent Sites
- Child Pornography (Zero Tolerance)
- IRC Scripts, Bots & Proxies
- DDoS / Bruteforce Scripts
- Crypto Miners / HYIP Sites
- Warez / Pirated Content Links
Violation results in immediate termination without refund or credit.
Domain Management
- Domain registrations are final and non-refundable.
- Ownership goes to the first user who completes the payment.
- Redemption fees (8,000 - 15,000 INR) apply to expired domains.
- We are not responsible for domain expiry if not renewed on time.
Uptime & Data Integrity
We provide a 100% network uptime guarantee (excluding maintenance). Backups are stored for the last 2 days only as a courtesy. Users are responsible for their own off-site backups.
