REFUND POLICY
Strict compliance and account credit guidelines.
1. Domain Registrations
All domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a domain is submitted to the registrar, the funds are consumed and cannot be reversed.
If a domain is suspended due to phishing, malware, or violation of our Terms of Service, no refund or credit will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Hosting & Wallet Credit
VibeXHost does not provide cash refunds to Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, or UPI. If a technical issue is not resolved by our team within 24 Hours, we will issue a credit to your Website Wallet.
WALLET CREDIT TERMS:
- CRITICAL RULE: You cannot use your Wallet Credit to purchase or renew Domain Names.
- Wallet credit is only applicable for Web Hosting and Reseller renewals/purchases.
- Credits are non-withdrawable and non-transferable to other users.
- Any service cancellation due to "Abuse" or "Illegal Content" voids all credit eligibility.
- Payment Gateway charges (2% to 5%) are non-refundable and will be deducted.
3. VPS & Dedicated Servers
Due to the specific resource reservation and license costs (WHMCS, cPanel, etc.), VPS and Dedicated Servers are PROHIBITED FROM REFUNDS. Please purchase these services only if you are certain of your requirements.
4. Cryptocurrency Payments
Payments made via Crypto (BTC, USDT, etc.) are final and non-refundable. No wallet credits will be provided for cryptocurrency transactions due to high network fees and volatility.
